1. Definitions

• "Wagering Requirement" refers to the number of times a Bonus amount (and sometimes the associated deposit) must be wagered before any winnings derived from the Bonus can be withdrawn.

2. Acceptance of Terms

• Geographic Restriction: You must be a resident of Indonesia or physically located within Indonesian territory when accessing the platform. rp555l services are specifically designed for the Indonesian market, and access from certain jurisdictions may be restricted based on local laws.
• Single Account: You are permitted to hold only one Account with rp555l. Creating multiple Accounts, using false identities, or attempting to circumvent Account restrictions is strictly prohibited and will result in immediate termination of all Accounts and forfeiture of balances.
• Personal Use Only: Your Account is for your personal, non-commercial use only. You may not allow any third party to use your Account, and you may not use your Account for professional or commercial gambling activities.
• Financial Capacity: You must use only funds that you legally own and are entitled to use for gaming purposes. You may not deposit funds obtained through illegal activities, and you must not use rp555l for money laundering or any other illicit financial activity.

4. Account Registration and Security

4.1 Registration Process

To create an Account, you must provide accurate, current, and complete information during the registration process, including but not limited to your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, email address, and phone number. All information must match the details on your official Indonesian identification documents (KTP, passport, or other government-issued ID). Providing false, misleading, or inaccurate information is grounds for immediate Account termination.

4.2 Identity Verification (KYC)

rp555l operates a Know Your Customer (KYC) policy in accordance with international anti-money laundering standards. You must complete identity verification by submitting a clear, legible copy of your Indonesian ID card (KTP) or passport, and in some cases, proof of address (utility bill, bank statement, or similar document dated within the last three months). Failure to complete KYC verification may result in restrictions on Deposits, Withdrawals, or gameplay. We reserve the right to request additional documentation at any time.

4.3 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account login credentials (username and password). You must not share your credentials with any third party. If you suspect that your Account has been compromised or accessed without authorization, you must notify rp555l immediately at [email protected]. rp555l will not be liable for any losses resulting from unauthorized use of your Account due to your failure to maintain credential security.

4.4 Account Accuracy

You must keep your Account information up to date. If your contact details, bank account information, or personal circumstances change, you must update your Account settings promptly. rp555l is not responsible for communication failures or transaction errors resulting from outdated Account information.

5. Deposits and Withdrawals

5.1 Deposits

rp555l accepts Deposits via Indonesian bank transfers (including BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri, CIMB Niaga, OCBC NISP, Bank Danamon, Bank Permata, and BSI) and Indonesian e-wallets (including OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay, and LinkAja). All Deposits are processed in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR). The minimum Deposit amount is Rp 25,000 unless otherwise specified in a promotional offer. Deposits are typically credited to your Account within seconds of successful transfer. rp555l does not charge Deposit fees, but your bank or payment provider may impose their own transaction fees.

5.2 Withdrawals

You may request a Withdrawal of your Account balance at any time, subject to the following conditions: (a) your Account must be fully verified via KYC procedures; (b) any active Bonus Wagering Requirements must be completed or forfeited; (c) Withdrawal must be made to a bank account or e-wallet registered in your own name; (d) the minimum Withdrawal amount is Rp 50,000. Withdrawals are typically processed within 2-6 hours during business hours (WIB timezone), although VIP members may receive priority processing. rp555l reserves the right to delay or refuse Withdrawals if we suspect fraudulent activity, money laundering, bonus abuse, or violation of these Terms and Conditions.

5.3 Withdrawal Limits

Standard Withdrawal limits are Rp 50,000,000 per day and Rp 200,000,000 per month. VIP members may enjoy higher limits based on their tier status. Withdrawals exceeding these limits may be split into multiple installments or require manual review and approval by our finance team.

5.4 Anti-Money Laundering Compliance

rp555l operates strict anti-money laundering (AML) procedures. You must wager your Deposit at least once before requesting a Withdrawal. Deposits followed by immediate Withdrawal requests without gameplay will be flagged for investigation. Suspicious activity may result in Account suspension and reporting to relevant authorities.

6. Bonuses and Promotions

6.1 Bonus Terms

rp555l offers various Bonuses and promotions, including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, cashback, free spins, and VIP rewards. All Bonuses are subject to specific terms and conditions, including Wagering Requirements, eligible games, maximum bet limits, and expiration dates. These terms are published on the Promotions page and must be read carefully before opting into any Bonus.

6.2 Wagering Requirements

Most Bonuses carry Wagering Requirements, meaning you must wager the Bonus amount (and sometimes the associated Deposit) a specified number of times before any winnings derived from the Bonus can be withdrawn. For example, a Bonus with 30x Wagering Requirement means a Rp 100,000 Bonus must be wagered for a total of Rp 3,000,000 before withdrawal is permitted. Wagering Requirements must be completed within the Bonus validity period (typically 7-30 days), or the Bonus and associated winnings will be forfeited.

6.3 Bonus Abuse

rp555l has zero tolerance for Bonus abuse. Prohibited activities include but are not limited to: creating multiple Accounts to claim Bonuses repeatedly, colluding with other players, using automated betting systems or bots, placing opposing bets to artificially clear Wagering Requirements, or any other activity deemed by rp555l to be undertaken primarily to exploit Bonus offers. Bonus abuse will result in Bonus forfeiture, confiscation of winnings, and Account termination.

6.4 Opt-In Required

Unless otherwise stated, Bonuses require you to opt-in before making the qualifying Deposit or wager. Claiming a Bonus retroactively is not permitted. Bonuses cannot be combined unless explicitly allowed by the promotional terms.

7. Gaming Rules and Conduct

7.1 Fair Play

7.2 Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited and will result in Account termination and forfeiture of balances: (a) use of automated betting software, bots, or scripts; (b) collusion with other players to gain unfair advantage; (c) exploiting software bugs or vulnerabilities; (d) fraudulent chargebacks or payment reversals; (e) abusive, threatening, or harassing behavior toward other players or rp555l staff; (f) attempting to reverse-engineer or hack the platform; (g) using VPNs or proxies to circumvent geographic restrictions; (h) any activity that rp555l reasonably believes to be fraudulent, illegal, or in bad faith.

7.3 Responsible Gaming

rp555l is committed to promoting responsible gaming. We encourage you to set personal Deposit limits, session time limits, and loss limits. 8. Limitations of Liability

rp555l's services are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the fullest extent permitted by law, rp555l disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

rp555l shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from: (a) your use or inability to use the Services; (b) technical malfunctions, server downtime, or connectivity issues; (c) errors in game results caused by third-party software providers (in such cases, the game provider's decision is final); (d) unauthorized access to your Account due to your failure to maintain credential security; (e) losses resulting from your breach of these Terms and Conditions; (f) losses due to circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, government actions, or internet service disruptions.

In jurisdictions where limitations of liability are not permitted, rp555l's liability shall be limited to the maximum extent allowed by law. In no event shall rp555l's total liability exceed the amount of your Account balance at the time the dispute arose.

9. Account Termination and Suspension

9.1 Termination by User

You may close your Account at any time by contacting customer support at [email protected]. Upon closure, you must withdraw your entire Account balance within 30 days. After 30 days, unclaimed balances may be subject to administrative fees or forfeiture in accordance with Indonesian financial regulations.

9.2 Termination by rp555l

rp555l reserves the right to suspend or terminate your Account immediately, without prior notice, if you violate these Terms and Conditions, engage in fraudulent activity, provide false information during registration, fail to complete KYC verification, abuse Bonuses, or engage in any conduct that rp555l deems harmful to the platform or other Users. In the event of termination, rp555l may withhold your Account balance if we believe you have violated these terms.

9.3 Dormant Accounts

Accounts with no login activity for 12 consecutive months will be classified as dormant. Dormant Accounts may be subject to a monthly maintenance fee of Rp 50,000, deducted from the Account balance. You will receive email notification before any fees are applied. To reactivate a dormant Account, simply log in and contact customer support.

10. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Indonesia, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising from your use of rp555l's Services shall be resolved through the following procedure:

1. Internal Resolution: You must first attempt to resolve the dispute by contacting rp555l customer support at [email protected]. We will make every reasonable effort to resolve your complaint within 14 business days.
2. Mediation: If internal resolution fails, both parties agree to attempt mediation through a mutually agreed-upon mediator before pursuing formal legal action.
3. Arbitration: If mediation is unsuccessful, disputes shall be submitted to binding arbitration in Jakarta, Indonesia, in accordance with Indonesian arbitration law. The arbitrator's decision shall be final and binding on both parties.
4. Class Action Waiver: You agree that any dispute resolution proceedings will be conducted on an individual basis, and you waive your right to participate in class action lawsuits or class-wide arbitration against rp555l.
